What if we have more passengers than we originally thought?
You can always upgrade if we still have a larger vehicle available! Just give us a call and we'll work to find something for you. If we don't have a larger vehicle available, you will still be responsible for the one you have reserved.
When do I pay for my vehicle?
We require a deposit on a credit or debit card at the time of reservation. We are flexible with the rest of the payment. If you are paying by cash, it will be due to the driver at pick up. If you would like to pay in full by credit or debit card, you must do at least 24 hours before pick up. We also accept money orders and personal checks several weeks in advance of the pick up.
What do I need to reserve a vehicle?
We'll have a few questions for you, so you'll need to have answers! Please know how many passengers you would like to accommodate, what date you would like service, and where your pick up location will be. You will also need to be 18 or older and have a major credit or debit card for a deposit.
How old do I have to be to ride a party bus?
We allow passengers of all ages! We encourage you to reserve a party bus for your children's birthdays, Quinceaneras, high school dances, and any other big event! Please understand that just because we allow underage passengers does not mean we can allow underage drinking. Anyone under the legal drinking age of 21 that is found in possession of alcohol will be removed from the vehicle, and the trip may be terminated with no refunds.
Something came up. Can I cancel?
We understand that things happen and plans change. Unfortunately, if you cancel, you will lose your deposit.
